Most business leaders I know have had a less-than-ideal experience with marketing agencies. Occasionally I think I’ve ‘heard it all’ only to be introduced to a new horror story.
Some have that experience and deduce that the “internal hire” route is the way to go. Too often they find out they don’t know how to hire and manage said “marketing person.” (HINT: it’s not easy or simple!)
We think we have it figured out. We try to find every reason possible NOT to take on new clients. We’re not for everyone…and neither are you. We just got good at figuring out what an ideal match looks like.
